To apply for the Americans to Norway scholarship program: ​

The applicant is responsible for submitting all documentation by the deadline April 1st.

1. Please read through the terms and conditions before applying. You are responsible for ensuring that you qualify, and the application is not refunded if you apply outside the qualifications.

2. Complete application form in OpenWater
   Application forms includes personal information, resume, transcripts, a personal statement, budget, two letters of recommendation and information about former and current education

3. Pay the application fee (NOK 400) HERE 

4. Submit any additional documentation to stipend@noram.no 

5. Keep NORAM updated if your study plans change, or if you are awarded other scholarships

6. Make sure that transcripts are certified true copies. If your school offers online secure PDF transcripts (ex. through Parchment), submit to stipend@noram.no. Regular photocopies are not accepted. 

7. Two letters of recommendation must be submitted by the deadline. These must be submitted directly by the reviewer, either through OpenWater or by e-mail.
